In July 2020, I went to a revival at The Ark in Connelly Springs North Carolina. For the first time I fully surrendered my life to Jesus Christ. Two days later I was baptized in water. Shortly after I got back my friend and I were connected with a group of people from the last reformation in Raleigh and recently we began discipleship. This week I received The Holy Spirit and now I speak in tongues.
I also got to pray for a good friend of mine who was experiencing severe back pain. Her pain was 10 out of 10 pain and it went from a 10 to a 6 to a 4.
She needed more deliverance, so I asked some friends for help. She was going to get baptized the next day but decided against it. One thing I learned that day is that we can’t force somebody to do something that they don’t want to do we can’t force someone to come into this life no matter how amazing it is.
With that being said I felt complete peace over the situation just knowing that I did what God wanted me to do when I prayed for her. God has been so good and he is good all the time.

We want Christianity to go back to the New Testament and the life we read about in the Book of Acts. We need to go out and preach the gospel, heal the sick, cast out demons and be led by the Holy Spirit as we read there. It’s time we start obeying Jesus’ words and make disciples of all nations.
