We should be a family, not just an institution. We need more than just leaders; we need spiritual parents who are ready to help raise up the next generation of parents. It’s important for us to be brothers and sisters, supporting each other through life’s challenges.
Therefore, it is very important that we create an environment where everyone feels loved and can dare to belong and open up to one another, allowing vulnerability—even if we have been hurt many times in the past. By doing this, we can truly become a family, sharing our lives.
It’s not just about teaching, but also about building genuine connections and walking alongside one another as this family.
This was my heart behind these words the other day by the fireplace. See it and be blessed, as this is the same for all of us, no matter where we are.
Blessings
