WE GOT THE HOLY SPIRIT – NOT TO JUST SIT IN CHURCH – BUT TO SET THE CAPTIVES FREE!
This teaching is part of the series called FIGHTING FOR THE TRUE GOSPEL, where Torben has been looking at FAITH, REPENTANCE, BAPTISM IN WATER, and now we are looking at the HOLY SPIRIT.
In this lesson, we are looking at Christ, and how the Holy Spirit came over Him, how He was led by the Spirit, how He walked in the power of the Holy Spirit, how He was teaching about the Holy Spirit, and after the cross how He went to heaven so He could send down the Holy Spirit here to you and me!
We today also need to be led by the Holy Spirit, and to walk in power of the Spirit as Jesus showed us! We need to receive the Holy Spirit!
Sadly today, we’ve changed the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, into the Father, Son and Holy Scripture! And those places where it is not the Father, Son and Holy Spirit but more the Father, Son and Holy Scripture, the LOVE is missing! People become very religious and judgmental because the love that’s poured out by the Holy Spirit is missing, and the power is missing. So they don’t see the healings, or the casting out of demons as we read in the Bible!
We believe you will love this teaching which will lay a foundation in your life, so you will be able to understand and to receive the Holy Spirit. And at the end of the teaching, Torben prays for everyone out there who wants the Holy Spirit!
