To understand the kingdom of God, we need to grasp the significance of the covenant of David. Jesus came as the Son of David to fulfill the covenant God made with David—that one day one of his descendants will sit on the throne and rule from Jerusalem. This is what we pray for when we say the Lord’s Prayer: “Your kingdom come.”
This teaching will bless you and reveal who Jesus truly is and what He will come back to do.
