There is a big problem with the “prosperity gospel” which has been influencing so many people – but it’s also a problem if we go in the other “ditch” and try to live the “poverty gospel.” There is a middle road where God wants us to walk when it comes to money.
This is the fourth teaching in the series LIVING BY FAITH, where this time we are looking at a very important verse in Proverbs 30:
Pro 30:7 “Two things I ask of you, LORD; do not refuse me before I die:
Pro 30:8 Keep falsehood and lies far from me; give me neither poverty nor riches, but give me only my daily bread.
Pro 30:9 Otherwise, I may have too much and disown you and say, ‘Who is the LORD?’ Or I may become poor and steal, and so dishonor the name of my God.”
We are looking at the balance between being rich and being poor, and how the Bible is clear that God is TESTING us when it comes to money. He is testing us to see where our heart is. Here are some of the other verses we’re going to look at in this very important teaching:
Have you not seen the other teachings in this series? You can do that here:
Otherwise, I am sure this teaching will bless you, because there are things I’m teaching about here you’ve never heard spoken about any other place.
See it!
God bless you all out there!
