Don’t give up! I want to encourage you with this little video, and say to you out there, “Don’t give up!” The Bible says, “Ask and you shall receive. Seek and you shall find. Knock and the door will be opened to you.” But the way it is written is like this translation you see here:
“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7)
Here, we see that we should KEEP on asking until we receive. We should KEEP on seeking until we find. We should KEEP on knocking until the door is opened!
The woman in this video had been seeking – she had been asking – she had been knocking – she had been longing for the Holy Spirit for SO LONG – for YEARS! And now, she received the Holy Spirit, and it is so BEAUTIFUL!
I want to encourage you out there – DON’T GIVE UP! DON’T GIVE UP! We love when it happens right away, and we are seeing that more and more, but it doesn’t mean that sometimes there’s not a fight. It doesn’t mean that sometimes we don’t need to keep fighting and keep pressing through until we receive!
So no matter where you’re standing in your life and what you need God to do in your life, DON’T STOP before He has done it! DON’T STOP before you have received it! DON’T STOP before God has opened that door for you!
